Track is open to all 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students. All students must meet academic eligibility to participate. All CSAL rules apply.

RCS Ravens Track will have 4-6 meets, limited to 3 events per athlete each meet.

Events

6th Grade Events: Discus, Shot Put, High Jump, Long Jump, & Pole Vault; 75m hurdles; 75m, 100m, 200m, 400m, and 1600 m runs; 400 m, 800m, & Medley Relays

7th & 8th Grade Events: Discus, Shot Put, High Jump, Long Jump, & Pole Vault; 75 m hurdles for girls, 100 m hurdles for boys; 100m, 200m, 400m dashes; 800m, 1600m, & 3200m runs; 400m, 800m, & Medley Relays

2025 Season
