This year’s theme for the Stewardship Way of Life is “In Love of God & Neighbor.” The Sacred Heart not only pours love into us; it sends us forth as missionary disciples. To love God is to love neighbor; to love neighbor is to return to God. Stewardship is the rhythm of this circulation of love – always flowing, never hoarded.

The common definition of stewardship that is used in the Diocese of Wichita is:
Stewardship is the grateful response of a Christian disciple who recognizes and receives God’s gifts and shares these gifts in love of God and neighbor.
