Confession Schedule

• Tuesday-Friday: 30 minutes before Mass
• Saturday: 3-4 pm

First Confession

Usually the preparation for First Confession is given in our religious education program and in our Catholic Schools. If parents prefer to prepare their children for First Confession and First Holy Communion, they may certainly do so. Parents choosing to prepare their children independently should consult with Father Labenz in advance. A child may receive these sacraments when he/she is capable of knowing right from wrong and when he/she knows the difference between the Eucharist and any other bread: the Eucharist is not a what, it is a who. The customary time for these sacraments is second grade.
