Pope St. John Paul II commissioned each of us with the obligation to promote vocations to the priesthood and the religious life within our families and within our parish and to pray for the perseverance of those who have accepted God’s call.

Opportunities you may choose to join in:

• Become a member of the Vocations Committee, whose purpose is to foster and support vocations to the priesthood and religious life by planning various activities.
• Join the “365 Club” ― choose one day out of the year to go to Mass and, as your intention, offer it specifically for an increase of vocations from our parish.
• Pray a rosary once a week for vocations.
• Host the Traveling Shrine to pray for an increase in vocations. Sign up to host this beautiful shrine in your home for one week at a time. Those who sign up for this important ministry should obtain a Quarterly Schedule and watch the bulletin for your assignment.
• Frequently pray a “Prayer for Vocations.”
