“Church Ladies” is a study group for women of the parish (all ages). We meet in the church basement after morning Mass on the second Friday of each month, and usually all Fridays during Lent and Advent. The first book the group studied was on prominent women in the early church – and the name “Church Ladies” just stuck. Over time our sessions have used study group books of various topics such as Mary, the Saints, Prayer and video presentations from FORMED or Bishop Barron’s reflections on The Mass and the Sacraments, to name a few. Those who come have found it to be a rewarding way to continue learning and experiencing their faith. Lisa Bowser – 316-619-8549
Inspired by Servant of God Father Emil Kapaun, Kapaun’s Men unites men in prayer, formation and discussion in order to help us courageously respond to God’s universal call to holiness and become better husbands, fathers, leaders and friends. There will be an hour-long meeting per week in which the group will engage in lively small-group discussion and fellowship with other men. The various materials will present an authentic version of manhood that is accessible to men of every walk of life and assist men in the growth of their Catholic faith through prayer, brotherhood and education. Sessions will begin each fall and spring. Contact: OPEN

Exodus 90 offers men of Resurrection the chance to follow the liturgical calendar, entering more fully into the ancient cycles of fasting and feasting offered by the Catholic Church. We focus on prayer, asceticism, and fraternity. Our fraternity meets on Tuesday nights at 8:15 PM in the St. John’s room. Rick Thompson 510-386-1661
Church of the Resurrection library now has an excellent variety of books, videos and audiotapes. Since we use the honor system to check out and return books, only two or three volunteers are needed to maintain it. Parishioners may check out materials after all Masses and during church office hours by simply filling out the requested information on the library clipboard. The library is located downstairs in the Magdalen Room. Kayla Loosvelt: 316-744-0618
St. Zelie’s Moms Group is a parish ministry that aims to help moms build friendship and find fellowship as they navigate the sanctifying season of mothering young children. We host weekly playdates with locations commonly including the zoo, playgrounds, libraries, and moms hosting in their homes. Play dates are usually Tuesdays or Wednesdays from 9:00am to 11:00am. A rotating week-by-week schedule is used, with each month's schedule being posted in the St Zelies Mom's Group in Realm and in the bulletin at the end of the previous month. This is a very casual, low-commitment group, with no expectation of moms needing to be "on time" or stay the entire time. Sarah Wilson: (720) 209-1967 Emma Hilger: (785) 725-2011
