“Church Ladies” is a study group for women of the parish (all ages). We meet in the church basement after morning Mass on the second Friday of each month, and usually all Fridays during Lent and Advent. The first book the group studied was on prominent women in the early church – and the name “Church Ladies” just stuck. Over time our sessions have used study group books of various topics such as Mary, the Saints, Prayer and video presentations from FORMED or Bishop Barron’s reflections on The Mass and the Sacraments, to name a few. Those who come have found it to be a rewarding way to continue learning and experiencing their faith.
