A prayer ministry with the added benefit of constructing small blankets to give to those who are struggling with a long term or critical illness. Members of this ministry may help with the purchase of the cloth and/or the construction of the blankets; but all are encouraged to pray for the sick who are listed in our book. The ministry requires individuals to commit to making special blankets that will ultimately be blessed before being distributed. Blankets, which are a yard square, may be sewn at an individual’s home. Fabric is acquired through donations, either monetary or by actual donations of material. The ministry will meet monthly to pray and work on finishing and labeling the blankets.
